Application materials for the Residence Permit:

(1) Foreigner's signature and residence permit application form;

(2) Color white background 2-inch photo;

(3) Original and photocopy of the applicant's passport;

(4) Unit application;

(5) Foreigner's work permit;

(6) Domestic health examination certificate;

(7) Copy of employer's business license (with official seal);

(8) Accommodation registration certificate (handled by the police station);

(9) Filing of the unit(initial application);

(10) Employment contract or employment certificate (including dispatch letter from multinational corporations);

(11) Application commitment letter (non-Z visa);
