2025年3月25日，海南省旅游和文化广电体育厅与联合国旅游组织（UN Tourism）代表团一行莅临海口全球贸易之窗考察交流。双方围绕国际文旅产业合作前景、自贸港服务平台建设等话题展开友好座谈，分享了各自的经验与见解。

25 March 2025 - A delegation from UN Tourism, accompanied by officials from the Hainan Provincial Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports, conducted an inspection visit to Windows to Global Trade in Haikou. The two parties held cordial discussions on prospects for international cultural tourism cooperation and the development of service platforms within the Hainan Free Trade Port, exchanging valuable insights and experiences.

在实地考察环节，代表团详细参观了全球贸易之窗的商务办公、会议展示等功能区域，全面了解其作为国际机构与企业聚集地的运营模式和服务特色。联合国旅游组织秘书长祖拉布·波洛利卡什维利（Zurab Pololikashvili）表示：“全球贸易之窗的国际化服务平台建设成效显著，其完善的设施和便利的服务为国际机构在琼发展提供了优质条件，为未来潜在合作奠定了良好基础。”

During the site inspection, the delegation thoroughly examined the commercial office spaces, conference facilities and other functional areas, gaining comprehensive understanding of the hub's operational model as a gathering place for international institutions and enterprises.

The UN Tourism, as the sole specialised agency within the UN system dealing comprehensively with tourism, is dedicated to advancing sustainable global tourism. It aims to drive coordinated economic, social, and environmental development through tourism, prioritising "people and planet" while supporting inclusive growth, job creation, and local community prosperity. Additionally, it enhances international cooperation, boosts tourism impact, and fosters innovation and resilience to address global challenges like climate change and public health.

At the symposium, Chen Tiejun, Director of the Hainan Provincial Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports, emphasised the department's commitment to coordinating comprehensive support services to facilitate UN Tourism's operations in Hainan.

全球贸易之窗董事长万明系统阐述了平台发展战略：“我们正实施‘双轮驱动’发展战略：一方面持续强化高端写字楼运营管理核心业务，另一方面重点布局文化旅游等多元化投资领域，将其作为服务体系建设的重要支柱。同时全面推进国际化战略升级，着力构建全球资源整合平台。”

Chairman Wan Ming of Windows to Global Trade (WGT) outlined the platform's development strategy: "We are implementing a 'dual-engine' development strategy: while continuing to strengthen our core business of premium office space operation and management, we are strategically expanding into diversified investment sectors, particularly cultural tourism, which serves as a key pillar in our service ecosystem development. Concurrently, we are advancing our comprehensive internationalisation strategy to establish a global resource integration platform."

国际事务代表朱姿臻具体介绍了平台实施成果：“在省政府重点支持下，我们已形成集商务办公、政策咨询、资源对接于一体的服务体系，累计服务30多个国家500余家国际机构，接待考察团超100批次。特别是通过打造‘国际企业服务中心’和‘跨境投资服务平台’，为入驻机构提供全生命周期服务支持。”

Ms. Zhu Zizhen (Judy), International Affairs Representative, elaborated on the platform's achievements: "With strong support from the provincial government, we have established an integrated service system encompassing business offices, policy advisory services and resource matching. To date, we have served over 500 international institutions from more than 30 countries and hosted over 100 inspection delegations. Notably, through establishing our 'International Enterprise Service Centre' and 'Cross-border Investment Service Platform', we provide full lifecycle support services for resident organisations."
