Recently, the business delegation of the global Overseas Chinese delegation and the South Korean Hainan General Chamber of Commerce visited Hainan FTP , and a discussion and exchange activity was held at WGT in Haikou. WGT signed a cooperation agreement with the Korea Hainan General Chamber of Commerce at the event, and held the opening ceremony for the Hainan Office of the South Korea Hainan General Chamber of Commerce. The event aims to deepen economic cooperation between Hainan and South Korea and help South Korean enterprises invest and develop in Hainan.

Kim Eunsik, chairman of the South Korea Hainan General Chamber of Commerce, introduced the basic overview of the chamber as well as the number of member enterprises and industrial direction, and expressed his expectation that through this event, the cooperation link with WGT will be strengthened, the Hainan Office of the Korea Hainan General Chamber of Commerce will play the role of the platform to help Korean enterprises and high-quality industrial projects such as beauty care, culture and entertainment introduced into Hainan.

Wu Xiaoning, vice president of Hainan Returned Students Association and general manager of Seoul Impression Clothing Co., LTD., introduced his practical experience in exploring Sino-Korean trade cooperation in Hainan and the consumer demand of Hainan market for Korean fashion and beauty, culture and entertainment to the Korean delegation. The members of the association further introduced the progress of Hainan's introduction of Korean universities. In addition, South Korean enterprises have consulted and understood the cultivation situation of Hainan's coffee industry and the development status of related trading enterprises, and will further communicate with Hainan to carry out coffee import and export trade cooperation projects.
