Recently, as an important investment promotion service supporting project of Hainan Province, Windows to Global Trade(Short as “WGT”)  has visited Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan with Hainan economic and trade delegation, and participated in a series of economic and trade exchange activities, which not only fully demonstrated the investment charm and huge potential of Hainan FTP to the international market, but also enhanced the mutual trust and friendship between Hainan and Central Asia. Moreover, the bilateral economic and trade cooperation has built a solid bridge and injected new momentum into the construction of the "two headquarters bases" in Hainan.

Kazakhstan Section: Draw a blueprint for cooperation and open a new chapter of cooperation

In Kazakhstan, the delegation was warmly welcomed by local government and business representatives. On September 12, hosted by Hainan Provincial  Government, Hainan International Economic Development Bureau and Kazakhstan State Investment Company, The Trade and Investment Cooperation Promotion Meeting was successfully held in Astana, Kazakhstan. It was also supported by the Atameken National Entrepreneurs Association of Kazakhstan, the China General Chamber of Commerce of Kazakhstan, the Astana Branch of China Construction Bank and the G-Global International Secretariat of Kazakhstan. The event brought together more than 100 representatives of Hainan and Kazakhstan governments, business associations and enterprises.

Vice Secretary of Hainan Provincial Party Committee Shen Danyang, Vice Minister of Tourism and Sports of Kazakhstan, President of Kazakhstan's "Atameken" National Entrepreneurs Association Lembek Batalov and other leaders attended the event and delivered speeches, indicating that they will jointly promote the friendly cooperation between Hainan and Kazakhstan.

In the promotion session, Hainan International Economic Development Bureau, Hainan Provincial Department of Tourism and Culture, Hainan Logistics Group, WGT and other units and enterprises introduced Hainan's unique advantages in trade, investment, tourism, logistics and transportation.

Liu Xinyu, One-stop Service Center of WGT, introduced the construction and development of the two headquarters bases of Hainan Free Trade Port and analyzed the industrial cooperation opportunities between Hainan and Kazakhstan. He said that as an important investment promotion service supporting project in Hainan Province, WGT is committed to building a platform for enterprises to exchange government and enterprise and docking international business opportunities. Providing one-stop service for enterprises to invest and land in Hainan.

During the promotion activities, Hainan and Kazakh governments and enterprises signed cooperation agreements on a total of 8 projects, involving automobile import and export, food trade, tropical fruit trade, air tourism, cross-border e-commerce and other fields. WGT and Kazakhstan G-Global International Secretariat signed a memorandum of cooperation on investment promotion, laying a solid foundation for the two sides to jointly promote investment and trade cooperation between the two places in the future

In addition, the Hainan delegation also visited Almaty Branch of Bank of China, Astana Branch of China Construction Bank, Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) and KAZAKH INVEST, inspected G-global International Secretariat, Ali - Farabi State University. The investigation further understood the financial industry and economic development of Astana.

Uzbekistan Section: Deepen exchanges and seek new opportunities for development

During his stay in Uzbekistan, WGT continued to give full play to its platform advantages, and introduced in detail the preferential policies of Hainan FTP, and the one-stop service helping enterprises invest in Hainan, which further deepened Uzbekistan's understanding and confidence in Hainan's investment environment. YORQIN MOLIKOV, Chairman of the National Council for the Promotion of International Trade of Uzbekistan, MUXTOR AVIZOV, Chairman of the National Economic Council of Uzbekistan, Chief Representative of China of the National Council for the Promotion of International Trade of Uzbekistan and the Economic Council of Uzbekistan, ASAT ILYAS and other important representatives attended the meeting.

During this period, WGT signed a cooperation agreement with the Chamber of Commerce of Chinese Enterprises in Uzbekistan, marking a solid step forward for both sides in promoting economic and trade cooperation and sharing the opportunities of free trade ports. Through field visits to Jizak City, Chinatown and other places, the Hainan delegation not only gained an in-depth understanding of the local industrial ecology, but also laid a solid foundation for follow-up cooperation.

During this trip to Central Asia, WGT with its professional service ability and broad international vision, has become an important force to promote overseas investment of Hainan FTP. As the first carrier of Hainan Province's 100 countries and thousands of enterprises plan, it will continue to link the advantageous resources of the project in the future development, build a platform for government-enterprise exchanges and international business opportunities, help domestic enterprises to "go out" and overseas enterprises to "introduce", help enterprises to land in Hainan efficiently through one-stop services, and share the development dividends of free trade port.

In the future, WGT will continue to uphold the concept of openness, cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win, actively participate in various international exchange activities of Hainan FTP, constantly expand cooperation areas, deepen cooperation levels, contribute more professional forces to the construction of "two headquarters bases" of Hainan Free Trade Port, and open a new chapter of economic and trade cooperation between Hainan and the world.
