近日，全球贸易之窗团队随海南省政府、中国国际贸易促进委员会海南省委员会赴境外开展经贸交流活动，实地到访荷兰、芬兰、爱尔兰、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、泰国等10余个国家，助力海南打造“两个总部基地”，发挥“走出去”“引进来”联动作用，加快推动海南与国际间交流与合作。

Recently, the team of Windows to Global Trade(shorted as WGT), along with The People's Government of Hainan Province and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Hainan Sub-council, went overseas to carry out economic and trade exchange activities, visited more than 10 countries including the Netherlands, Finland, Ireland, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, helping Hainan build "Two Headquarters Bases", playing a linkage role in "going out" and "bringing in", and accelerating exchanges and cooperation between Hainan and the world.

出访欧洲开展经贸交流

在欧洲期间，海南经贸代表团举办了中国海南自由贸易港营商环境暨经贸交流推介会和海南-海牙、海南-赫尔辛基、海南-威克洛3场经贸交流座谈会，拜访了爱尔兰威克洛郡政府、荷兰潮州同乡会等相关机构，调研考察了荷兰新农场、荷兰皇家花卉拍卖市场、芬兰Finlayson工业区、爱尔兰威克洛郡产业园等，海南省相关单位和全球贸易之窗在相关活动中重点推介了海南自贸港营商环境、优惠政策和重点发展产业等，大力邀请欧洲企业来海南参观考察，投资兴业，进一步提高海南自贸港国际知名度；通过拜访友城，开展点对点沟通交流，进一步促进两地机构及企业了解和务实友城经贸交流与合作。

Visited Europe for economic and trade exchanges

During the stay in Europe, the Delegation of  Hainan Economic and Trade held the China Hainan Free Trade Port Business Environment and Economic & Trade Cooperation Promotion Conference, and 3 economic and trade exchange seminars between Hainan-Hague, Hainan-Helsinki and Hainan-Wicklow,  visited relevant institutions such as the County Wicklow Government of Ireland and the TEO Chew Mutual Association in the Netherlands, investigated and inspected the Dutch New Farm, the Royal FloraHolland in the Netherlands, the Finlayson Industrial Zone in Finland, and the Wicklow Industrial Park in Ireland. Relevant units of Hainan Province and the WGT highlighted the business environment, preferential policies and key developing industries of the Hainan Free Trade Port in relevant activities, and vigorously invited European enterprises to visit Hainan, invest and start business, and further improve the international visibility of Hainan Free Trade Port; Through visiting Sister cities, making point-to-point communication and exchanges, will further promote the understanding, and pragmatic economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between institutions and enterprises of the two places.

出访东南亚等国开展经贸交流

在东南亚等国访问期间，代表团与马来西亚海南会馆联合会共同举办“携商并进 共创共赢”马中（海南）商贸讲座交流会，海南省相关单位大力推介宣传有关海南自贸港政策及企业合作项目。全球贸易之窗进行了项目推介，主要介绍了基本情况、配套设施、服务优势、优惠政策等，邀请相关工商机构、企业等来海南设立办事处或贸易窗口，并邀请当地政府机构、行业协会、农业、食品生产和加工及贸易企业等参加我省举办的冬交会等国际经贸交流活动。

During the visit in Southeast Asia and other countries, the Delegation and The Federation of Hainan Association Malaysia jointly held the Malaysia-China (Hainan) Business Seminar and Exchange Meeting on “Bringing Business Together for a Win-win Situation”, and relevant units of Hainan Province vigorously promoted and publicized the Hainan Free Trade Port policy and enterprise cooperation projects. The WGT  carried out project promotion, mainly introducing the basic situation, supporting facilities, service advantages, preferential policies, etc., invited relevant industrial and commercial institutions and enterprises to set up offices or trade windows in Hainan, and invited local government agencies, industry associations, agriculture &  food production and processing and trading enterprises to participate in international economic and trade exchange activities, such as The China (Hainan) International Winter Trade Fair for Tropical Agriculture Products held in Hainan Province.

同时，为更好服务中国企业开展国际贸易交流合作，经贸代表团还拜访马来西亚投资局、北马中资企业协会、印尼工商会中国委员会、斯里兰卡投资促进局等当地贸易投资促进机构，爱尔兰工商业联合会、芬兰华商会、泰国华人青年商会、柬埔寨柬华理事总会等25家境外商协会，以及印尼Spade Investment、斯里兰卡ATHUKORALA TEA FACTORY等公司，开展点对点沟通交流，重点了解当地营商环境、投资政策和贸易需求，帮助企业在当地寻找合作伙伴和投资机会。

At the same time, in order to better serve Chinese enterprises in carrying out international trade exchanges and cooperation, the Delegation also visited local trade and investment promotion agencies such as Malaysia Investment Development Authority, Association of Chinese Enterprises in North Malaysia, Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bilateral Committee for China, and Sri Lanka Investment Promotion Agency, 25 overseas business associations, including the Industry and Commerce Association of Ireland, the Finland Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the Thai Chinese New Generation Business Association, and the Khmer-Chinese Association In The Kingdom Of Cambodia, as well as Indonesia's Spade Investment, Sri Lanka's ATHUKORALA TEA FACTORY and other companies, conducted peer-to-peer exchanges, focusing on understanding the local business environment, investment policies and trade needs and helping enterprises find local partners and investment opportunities.

其中，文莱政府已经明确表达将在海南设立商务办事处,爱尔兰工商业联合会主席表示将于12月前来海南考察，届时将推动两地教育和旅游业的交流合作，同时全球贸易之窗正在和10家境外商协会沟通签订互设代表处合作协议。

Among them, the Brunei government has clearly expressed that it will set up a business office in Hainan, the Chairman of Industry and Commerce Association of Ireland said that it would visit Hainan in December, which would promote the exchange and cooperation in education and tourism between the two places, and  WGT is communicating with 10 foreign trade associations to sign agreements on mutual representative offices.

Backed by China and facing the world, Hainan has obvious geographical advantages in the new development pattern of "Dual Circulation". As the first carrier of " Hundreds of  Nations and Thousands of Enterprises" in Hainan Province, WGT gives full play to the agglomeration effect of foreign enterprises, attracting more global or regional headquarters enterprises to enter the vast hinterland of the Chinese market, and providing  various landing services for foreign enterprises to invest in Hainan and China. At the same time WGT promotes domestic enterprises to take this as an important opening door to “Go Global” smoothly, so as to docking resources and share business opportunities for domestic enterprises to go to the world!
