The Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2025, themed Asia in the Changing World: Towards a Shared Future" was held in Boao, Hainan province, from March 25 to 28. As one of the service support cooperation units of Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2025, Window to Global Trade (WGT)  actively cooperated with the work of the annual conference, went all out to do a good job in service support details, and fully demonstrated the high-quality window image of Hainan Free Trade Port.

In order to promote the guarantee work, WGT sent a talented team to participate in training meetings and on-site rehearsals for many times, clear the division of tasks and time node, and help the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference to be held successfully. From the annual meeting process, guest list, security security, private car service and other aspects, the hotel, secretariat, key parks and other participating units, detailed and accurate response measures, committed to creating an efficient, convenient and comfortable participation experience for guests.

During the meeting from 25th to 28th, the service team met with the participants one-on-one, providing contact translation, exhibition translation of the key park of the Free Trade Port, sightseeing explanation of the development of Boao urban area, and introduction of the tax policy of the free trade Port, etc., which enhanced the understanding and recognition of the development of the free trade port for foreign participants, and further felt the development vitality and potential of the free trade port.

As the first carrier of the "Hundreds of countries and thousands of Enterprises" plan and the first gathering place for international organizations, overseas institutions and enterprises designated by the Hainan Provincial Government, WGT has formed a foreign investment gathering center and an international trade incubation platform. At the same time, in accordance with the latest instructions of the Hainan Provincial government, we are creating a window for the Southeast Asian Investment Center of the "two headquarters Bases" supporting project to land in global trade, play the function and construction capacity of the center, and build a platform for international business opportunities. WGT will continue to support and participate in various activities of dialogue, exchange and cooperation at home and abroad, adhere to the "expanding channels, building platforms and providing services", and help the free trade port investment and development.
