On the morning of May 17, the business delegation of All Japan Overseas Chinese Association Federation visited Windows to Global Trade (shorted as “WGT”) for investigation and research, and participated in the discussion and exchange meeting jointly carried out by Federation Of Returned Overseas Hainan Province, Hainan International Economic Development Bureau(Hainan IEDB) and WGT. The exchange meeting successfully led to in-depth understanding of the advantages of Hainan FTP policies and enterprises landing details.

In the field visit, manager of WGT One-stop Service Center introduced the enterprise landing supporting services, business office environment, and 30-storey Multi-functional Boutique Exhibition and Trading Center in detail to the business delegation.

Vice chairman of All-China Federation Of Returned Overseas Chinese, Chairman of Federation Of Returned Overseas Hainan Province Liang Mou, extended a warm welcome to the delegation's visit. He said that this activity is the first brand activity for the Global Overseas Chinese Delegation to Enter the Hainan FTP. In order to serve overseas organizations more accurately, Federation Of Returned Overseas Hainan Province, Hainan IEDB and WGT have tried to carry out services through a three-way linkage for the first time, hoping to help the federation of overseas Chinese businessmen participate in sharing the dividends of the construction of Hainan FTP through activity exchanges and resource sharing.

At the meeting, Hainan IEDB shared the Hainan FTP laws, taxation, visa-free, processing value-added and other preferential policies, key industries and trade development.

Manager of One-stop Service Center from WGT introduced the construction of Two Headquarters Bases in Hainan, the convenient investment environment, the distribution of foreign institutions and enterprises in the building, the one-stop service for enterprises, and the situation of the plan to build a global home for overseas Chinese businessmen.

Hainan IEDB and WGT fully communicated and answered in detail the issues of enterprise registration landing, corporate and individual income tax incentives, and fund flow that Japanese enterprises focused on.

Led by the president of the Japan Hainan General Chamber of Commerce, the members of the delegation come from international education, cross-border medical care, academic research, law and other fields. The members said that the Hainan FTP has significant preferential policies, and they hope to register and land the company in Hainan through this trip. 

After the meeting, the one-stop service staff of WGT conducted on-site business registration and bank account opening for the members of the delegation.

This activity is the first brand activity for the Global Overseas Chinese delegation to Enter the Hainan Free Trade Port, which is of positive significance. Through the tripartite joint approach of government and enterprise, it has built an exchange platform for overseas Chinese enterprises and overseas Chinese businessmen to understand the Hainan FTP, and accumulated valuable experience for the subsequent series of activities.

 As the first carrier of Hainan Province's Hundreds of Nations and Thousands of Enterprises plan, WGT will continue to assist the Overseas Chinese Federation to carry out a series of activities for the global overseas Chinese delegation to enter Hainan FTP in the future development, create an international business opportunity docking platform, jointly provide convenient services for overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese businessmen to invest in Hainan, and assist Hainan in building "two Headquarters Bases" construction.
