On September 24th, the China (Hainan) - Australia Economic and Trade Exchange Conference was held at Windows to Global Trade in Haikou, Hainan, China. Representatives from 30 Australian and Hainan-based companies gathered to explore and engage in business opportunities related to the Hainan Free Trade Port.

The economic and trade exchange conference, hosted by Windows to Global Trade and supported by the Agricultural Bank of China Hainan Branch, aimed to promote communication and cooperation in the cross-border financial sector between Hainan and Australia. WGT provided a platform for Chinese companies to enter the Australian market and for Australian companies to invest in the Chinese market, contributing to Hainan's goal of construction of "Two Headquarter Bases." Representatives from banks, real estate services, credit services, human resources, asset management, and other sectors attended the conference to explore investment needs and cooperation in the cross-border financial field between Hainan and Australian enterprises.

During the conference, the Australian delegation, who visited Hainan for inspection, had the opportunity to introduce their respective companies business scopes and basic information. They expressed optimism about the development prospects of the Hainan Free Trade Port and hoped to gain a deeper understanding of the favorable policies and business environment of the Hainan Free Trade Port through this visit and exchange. The Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development provided key policy interpretations of the Hainan Free Trade Port, while the Agricultural Bank of China Hainan Branch delivered detailed explanations of the financial policies related to the Hainan Free Trade Port. Windows to Global Trade provided insights into the business environment of the Hainan Free Trade Port and its comprehensive one-stop service system. During the communication sessions, representatives from Hainan and Australian companies engaged in in-depth discussions regarding cooperation intentions and other matters.

Many representatives of Australian companies expressed that the preferential policies of the Hainan Free Trade Port are highly attractive to Australian businesses. They plan to establish subsidiaries and liaison offices in Hainan to better explore the Chinese market. Through this exchange conference, they gained a deeper understanding of the Hainan Free Trade Port and will bring back the information from this business visit to Australia, allowing more companies to learn about and participate in the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port.


The officials from Windows to Global Trade stated that they will continue to support Hainan in building "Two Headquarters Bases," establish an international exchange platform, actively organize international business matchmaking activities, promote trade and investment between Hainan and overseas companies, and assist more foreign enterprises in landing in Hainan.
