(Social Insurance, Provident Fund)

WGT provides Social Insurance and Provident Fund services for settled enterprises as followings:

 Social insurance consulting services: Create Social Insurance account for new enterprises, applying for social insurance key, social insurance card and other normal social insurance services.

 Provident fund consulting services: Create Provident Fund account for new enterprises, online consulting service for normal provident fund business.

 Social Insurance and Provident Fund account application forms are available (including a sample application, provident fund application form).

1、 Social Insurance Services:

(1) Create a new social insurance account

Requirements: official seal, business license, Bank account, agent’s ID card, legal representative ID card photocopy

(Foreigners: passport and work permit in both original and hard copy)

(Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Regions: Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong ,Macao and Taiwan Residentsin both original and hard copy). 

(2) Social insurance U-key Application

Materials : Business license, official seal, copy of legal representative ID card (original and copy of passport and work permit provided by foreigners, original and copy of travel permit provided by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel).

(3) Social security card Application

Materials: ID card, 1-inch deep-coloredwearings in white background photo (1-2pieces). Applying place: Haikou Rural commercial Bank, Haikou Rural Credit Cooperative, Haikou Social Security and Insurance Bureau. (Hotline: 66979381)

2、 Provident Fund Services

(1) Create a new provident fund account.

Method:① register at Hainan E-online company registration, at the same time ②Register at Hainan Provident Fund Management Department official website ③ register at the handling office in Hainan Provident Fund Administration Hall.

(2) Location of Hainan Provincial Housing Provident Fund Administration.

Materials：Deposit units Account Application Form, Provident Fund Operation Application Form, official seal, account opening permit, business license, legal representative ID card(Foreigners: passport and work permit in both original and hard copy)(Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Regions: Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong ,Macao and Taiwan Residentsin both original and hard copy) , agentID card.
