On November 9th, a propaganda activity of the 20^th CPC National congress Great Spirit was held in Haikou's Window to Global Trade for foreign enterprises, which released a positive signal of China's opening up to the outside world to foreign enterprises and highlighted China's determination to "open the door to the outside world only wider and wider".While helping enterprises grasp the policy direction, find the right market positioning and seize investment opportunities, the propaganda activity also helped enterprises boosted confidence in business investment. A number of foreign enterprises including De Beers, Sinar Mas Group,Raffles (Singapore head private medical group) and Swire Group were invited to participate in the event.

Under the promotion of Hainan International Economic Development Bureau, Richemont Group registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in Haikou and settled in Window to Global Trade  in Haikou, which will become a regional headquarters base radiating the Asia-Pacific region and mainland China. It will take Hainan as the focus of the group's long-term strategic planning and plan to set up a tourism retail headquarters in Hainan.
